Cancellation of Orders:
To ensure prompt packing and delivery of orders, we allow cancellations within a 6-hour window from the time of purchase. To cancel your order, please use our contact form and select the ‘Cancel order’ subject. Provide the correct order number to ensure successful processing. Please note that cancelled orders may have a hold on the funds for 1-3 days by your bank or credit card issuer, which is beyond our control.
Refund and Reimbursement:
You may request a refund or reshipment under the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery within the guaranteed time (50 business days, excluding processing time).
- Receipt of incorrect items.
- Cancellation of the order within 6 hours of purchase.
- Unwanted products received (return required, unused).
Return Process:
For a refund, please return the item at your expense within 30 days, providing a working tracking code with the shipping company’s name for return shipment tracking.
